Issue adding ESP32 device to set up the HA voice service

Is there a forum with deals with installation or integration of ESP device for setting up Voice services.
I have purchased an ESP32 Pico D4. It claims it already has HA Firmware on board.
My Ha installation is latest software and ESPHome on HA is 2026.4.5
Whisper, Piper and Wyoming are already installed although I am not sure that they are 100% correctly configured.

I have several config issues.
The device is connected via USB to a PC, not the HA Server. HA and ESPHome both successfully available on the PC
The device in ESPHOME shows offlne. Im not sure it has the SSID and password correctly set.

I have a comprehensive YAML courtesy of Copilot and Claude but they both keep making mistakes, my trust is low, Copilot now tells me the problem is that the HA version of ESPHOME does not include openwakeword support and I should go to official repository on Github and update it - feels like a logical machine that is not being logical. I assure you I have done a lot of the obvious things to correct this but I'm now at the "Somebody please Help" stage. Im sure I am not the only one to have suffered with this so some answers mmay already exist. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Unless you added ssid or password it does not have ssid or password.

Did it create an advocate network for you to connect to?

You can install on device with Web installer

Claude and copilot are idiots. You must verify everything they say
