I am running the following Fox ESS integration in HA.
In general, everything works well. I also use the available data for EVCC and Unimeter. My problem is that the values apparently are not being polled frequently enough for battery control via Unimeter. As a result, I end up with a relatively high grid import even though the battery is not empty.
However, I have not been able to increase the polling rate for the required values.
As an alternative, I tried today to read the required values myself without using the integration, which worked without any issues. The entities were also displayed correctly in Home Assistant with the expected values. However, when I entered these entities into the Unimeter configuration, Unimeter stopped working.
So, I have basically hit a dead end. Does anyone have an idea how I can either increase the polling rate or why the new entities do not allow Unimeter to provide the battery data correctly?
