Issue with Motionblinds integration in HA

Hi everyone.

I am experiencing a problem with the integration of motionblinds (BREL) that I cannot solve.
I have to reload the integration every time. After 10 minutes the integration is no longer available. After reloading everything works again but after 10 minutes it is no longer available.
I have already removed the motionblinds twice and reinstalled them. But that does’nt work.
Is anyone familiar with this problem and is there a solution?

Log says this:

Timeout of 5.0 sec occurred on 5 attempts while waiting on multicast push from update request, communication between gateway and blind might be bad.

But i check the wifi signals.
Brel Gateway -30 dbm so that’s good
Shutter 01 -47dbm is not bad
shutter 02 -50. Thast also not bad
Shutter 03 -50. stil good.

It seems that this is not the problem, however, de error in the log says a bad communication.

Hi,

If you run linux and you have a laptop, did you read out data with this software: wavemon.
With wavemon you can walk to the blinds and to your router to check if you have surrounding WiFis that disorder your communication.

The thing with the real-channels (bands) on WiFi is not as simple as it sounds.

Sorry for the late reply

I don’t have a linux laptop so I can’t read this out. Is it an option to change the channel of the router to a channel that is almost not used in my area. Could this be the solution to the problem?

Is there possibly software for finding out the channels of the routers based on windows?
