Hi everyone,
I am looking for some help with a Philips Hue Tap Dial Switch. I have been using it with Zigbee2MQTT and it was working fine. I am still testing it so I barely used it. Suddenly I noticed recently that it stopped sending any signals (events) to Home Assistant.
I decided to remove the device and re-pair it to troubleshoot. Zigbee2MQTT finds the device immediately and claims it interviewed successfully. However, once added, the device shows up in the dashboard, but all exposed entities (battery, actions, link quality) are greyed out and show as “N/A”. After a while, Z2M logs also show some errors.
