I've been without remote access to nabucasa for some time

It’s been several days since I’ve had remote access to nabucasa. I am signed in but it appears I’m wating for remote access to be prepared. I don’t see anything in the logs. I can only prove three hours or so. here’s a screenshot.

I’ve tried signing out and signing back in several times though not today. Not at all sure how to proceed or if the issue is on my end. Any suggestions?
