HACS is an interface integration that helps you install and update custom integrations found in GitHub. It has no effect on the operation of the CI.
You may have installed this using HACS, but the custom integration comes from a GitHub repository created and maintained by someone else.
Thank you @AshaiRey and @Sir_Goodenough! I thought I had done what the GitHub page said – " Install the software by using HACS or manually copying files into the custom_components subdirectory." but I think that I only told HACS about it. I went to the Integrations page and clicked the Add Integration button and I was able to actually install it. That then prompted me for my Hyundai account info and I think I’m good to go.
Now if I could get the stupid Hyundai people to believe me that the 2021 I bought off lease has been mine for 2 years and they should let me pay them for Bluelink, than I could do that also.
I’ve pretty much given up and decided they don’t want my money…
