I'd be delighted to have more people on board - I only took it on to keep things going and honestly don't have loads of time to dedicate to it. I've been looking to add some additional solar controls but reverse engineering the api is painful.
Will wait to see what Lewis thinks too but if he's ok with it then will get you added as a maintainer.
Hi Mike, in short, absolutely! YES! I think it's a great idea for you to get involved, if you'd like to. I'm sure @toby200 would agree too.
As you read, I sold my house and have now moved into a new property, so don't actually have any access to an Andersen charger any longer, so I doubt I'll be able to contribute much from now on and I'm more than happy for others to take the flame forward.
I didn't have some big idea or 5 year plan, nor did I spend weeks thinking about implementation strategies etc like it was a big deal - it was a week or so tinkering and another month fiddling to get it to a point I was happy with and then I thought I'd make it available for others to use, if they felt it useful enough. I'm glad that it seems to be doing that job and @toby200 has carried the torch since we moved the code to a more generally named repo - for precisely this reason - others to collaborate.
This is one thing that I feel bad about where others come along with the passion to take something forward and there's an apprehension about asking or contributing because the existing maintainers or original devs might somehow be offended. Bollocks to that! Please do get involved as far as I'm concerned!
Just read that back and realise I probably wasn't absolutely clear but yes, I'd be happy for you to have write access and not having to lob PRs over the wall.
Thanks both, appreciate the warm welcome, and no worries about time/access. @toby200 sounds like Lewis is happy for me to have write access too, so whenever you get a spare minute to add me I’ll get started. No rush! First thing I’d like to do is tighten up the CI/CD to give a solid base, then start adding some new features once that’s in place.

Whilst it does mean you have access to merge PRs without anyone reviewing, if you’ve got some changes and there’s no rush then feel free to raise a PR for review first. If I don’t get back quickly enough then just go ahead and merge, we can always make changes later.
