LD2410C Sensor Issue on ESP32: Unresponsiveness after Adjusting Detection Radius

There is an issue with the LD2410C sensor in conjunction with the ESP32. Everything was working fine. I decided to play with the sliders, reducing the detection radius.

As a result, the sensor stopped responding. On all sensors, it says “Unavailable.” I pressed the Factory Reset button, removed the ESP32, reinstalled the firmware, and reconnected and configured everything from scratch. No reaction. The sensor is not detected on the ESP32 board. I connected it to another board, and the same issue occurred. I checked it separately without the ESP32 via Bluetooth, and it works, but it refuses to cooperate with the ESP32.

What should I do? Please advise.

I have been changing these parameters:

PS: The ESP32 logs indicate the pins it’s connected to but do not log the sensor’s states.
LD2410C connected to ESP32 pins: TX->D16; RX->D17; VCC->3v3; GND->GND

I finally solved the problem!

If anyone is interested:
You need to reset the sensor settings to factory settings via the HLKRadarTool mobile app via bluetooth.
Connect to your sensor, then click on: More → Initialize
