LED strip with two timers

Hello, I have Zigbee LED strip controller and I want strip turn ON with the motion sensor, all works fine, but my idea is:

  • when detected motion then strip turn ON, brightness 100%
  • motion ends, turn ON timer on 30s, strip still ON, brightness 100%
  • after ending first timer changing brightness to 25% and start second timer to 15s
  • after ending second timer turn strip OFF

Do you have any idea how to do it?

I would not use timers.
I would use the for on the state trigger.

So when motion is off for 30s set brightness to 25.
When motion is off for 45 switch off.

Timers are recommended for longer wait times since they survive HA restarts.
The odds of your off automation not running because HA restarted it exceptionally low. Not quite 0, but low enough that using for is a simpler option.

And even if HA restarted at that moment, the automation will still trigger, just a little later
