Let's encrypt expiration

Hi, I received the “Let’s Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain …” email, but it’s not clear to me what should I do, or if I have to do something at all.
My configuration is HA OS v6.6: is this something that’s handled automatically?

I just got my second Expiration Notice. But I found that to be really weird because it’s for my Nabu Casa domain. I went looking for help on the Nabu Casa FAQ page and found this:
