I’m consolidating my setup and letting go of two things some of you may be looking for, since neither is available new anymore.
Home Assistant Yellow Kit (power supply version, no PoE) with a Raspberry Pi CM4 installed: CM4102032, so 2 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Wi-Fi/BT. Bought from Seeed Studio in June 2023. It was assembled and powered on for maybe 2 to 3 hours of testing, then went back into its box with everything: case, passive heatsink, screws, 12 V PSU (EU plug), Ethernet cable. No marks, nothing missing. Free M.2 NVMe slot, onboard Zigbee 3.0 / Thread radio (MGM210P), and it officially takes a CM5 now (since HAOS 14) if you want to upgrade later.
Nabu Casa discontinued the Yellow in October 2025, so this is one of the few ways left to get one. I’ll do a clean install of the latest Home Assistant OS (18.2) right before shipping, so you’ll boot straight into a fresh onboarding.
As a bonus I’m throwing in my used adonno TagReader (black case, tested, firmware reinstalled).

Also: two brand-new adonno TagReaders, the ESPHome NFC reader most of us know. Grey marble case, never powered on, original firmware: power it over USB, join its setup hotspot, HA discovers it. Each comes with 1 NFC fob + 5 sticker tags: album covers that start a playlist, a “good night” badge on the nightstand, a tag on the meds box… adonno’s shop has been out of stock for months.
