Leviton Smart GFCI Outlet (D2GF2) - Anyone using in Home Assistant?

Hello all,

I recently installed this Leviton Smart GFCI in place of a dumb one. The Leviton Decora integration adds an on/off for the device, but best I can tell it doesn't do anything. It's On/Off status doesn't seem to relate to the state of the GFCI outlet.

The Leviton app works fine and does notify my phone if it trips, but I would like to have it in Home Assistant instead (or maybe in addition to).

Any thoughts? TIA

bumping... just in case somebody in the know may have missed it! Thanks for looking!

Unless the docs are out of date, I think your D2GF2 isn't "officially" supported which would likely explain your issues. All of the listed devices it does support are switches, not outlets with status.

Also, searched the feature requests and issues for the Leviton integration and found this: Leviton Decora Wifi GFCI Protected Outlet (D2GF2) · Issue #111095 · home-assistant/core

You may want to poke it if you can provide any assistance... it's been sitting for a few years with what seems like no action at all.

Thank you. That is also the conclusion I came to, but was hoping someone had a workaround. I guess I'll just live with the Leviton app implementation for now.
