LG - WebOS TV - showing as offline

I have noticed this week that my LG webOS TV is showing as “Off” when the tv is clearly online as I am watching the TV.

When it goes offline I remove the integration and readd… it seems to work for a while, then will go back to “offline”

I am unsure how to troubleshoot this.

Are you running a VPN on the TV to hide “irregular” streaming behavior?

no, no vpn on the TV at all - literally using it as a screen to stream from a Nvidia Shield, its on a wired connection with a fixed IP too
