I hope you can help me. As soon as I heared there is a Liebherr integration I ordered a SmartDeviceBox 2.0 for my fridge. My problem is not related with the integration, I cannot connect the fridge to the manufacturer server.
When I do the installation via the app from Liebherr first everything seems fine, the fridge gets an IP adress and it states in the info screen of the fridge: wifi OK, cloud OK. But after 30 seconds it says no internet connection.
But according to my router it is still connected.
Strange thing is, it worked once. After some try and error it worked fine. But one hour later I changed the SSID of my wifi and reseted the device. On top I think the device did a firmware update in the time it was connected (but thats not sure). After that every try I did was not succesful.
I tested:
different SSID for 2,4 and 5 GHz wifi
reinstall of the mobile app and on another mobile
connection via mobile accesspoint
reset of the smartdevicebox, plug out of the fridge
old SSID it worked with
