Want to know your thoughts. Looking for dimmers, house currently has SmartLife (Tuya) and was wondering if I should replace them with TP Link or Lutron Caseta dimmers?
Any thoughts to which is better and why for TP Link or Caseta?
I personally would be keeping the Tuya ones can converting them to Tasmota. This way they will not rely on any sort of cloud system.
I have both TP Link (none dimmer) and Tuya dimmers. I would prefer them to all be on Tasmota so there is no cloud but I also don’t want to pay to replace working switches. The only slight issue I have with my Tuya switches is the brand I have, when you turn them on the “slowly” go from dim to full bright. I just want them to go to full bright right away, but I don’t think that is an option with the ones I have.
