Light switch zwave turns off spontaneously

Hi, I have a ZOOZ Zen71 light switch to control the porch light. I use an automation to turn it on at sunset and off at sunrise.

It’s been behaving strangely, randomly the light will turn off and I don’t know why?

1. Below I’m providing screenshots and I’m not sure how to deep digger to figure out why it turned off.
2. It will run normally for days and then bam! the z-wave switch is turning off the light when no automation was triggered or the light switch was not pressed.

This happened today. It turned off but I don’t know why?

I’m running the Z-Wave integration and this is the firmware it’s showing for the device: 3.70

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure nothing grabbed it in a group, either in zwave or in HA. Is it turning on and off in conjunction with any other device or action?

I’m not sure what you mean by group, could you clarify.

In my case I only have one Z-wave device and when I set it up I’m 100% sure I did not add it to any groups. I only added the switch and then setup an automation to turn it on/off. Here’s how my Z-wave integration looks:

This looks like the change was outside of Home Assistant:

If you click on Configure (in your screenshot above) do you see this:

I’m talking about going into your ZWave coordinator software, probably ZWaveJS or ZWaveJS-UI and see if there is anything in Groups.
