Lighting Ballast Power

I do apologize if this is not the correct sub forum for this inquiry. Thank you very much for taking a look at this question. Whomever you are, you are very kind to do so, and a stranger in North Carolina appreciates you for it.

I’ve purchased a FLS-PP lp wireless lighting ballast from Amazon. My goal is to use it to power an LED strip under my kitchen cabinets. The power specifications require 12/24 volt. I would like to replace the existing halogen lamp which is controlled with a switch on the wall with the FLS-PP. However, all I’m seeing online is people using 12/24 wall adapters with this ballast. A Link to the product is below.

Is there anything I can do to get this thing hooked up without getting a power adapter and running it to an outlet? Can I use the existing wiring under the cabinet?

Thank you again!!
