[App] Local Norsup heat pump support — no cloud required

I’ve created an experimental Home Assistant app for Norsup swimming-pool heat pumps using the Gizwits Wi-Fi controller.

It connects directly to the controller over the local network, so it does not require the Norsup cloud or captured cloud credentials.

Current features include:

  • Heat-pump power control
  • Target-temperature control
  • Water inlet and outlet temperatures
  • Ambient temperature
  • Start and finish timers
  • Home Assistant MQTT Discovery
  • Automatic status refresh

The app has been tested successfully on my own Norsup installation, but other Norsup models and controller versions may differ. I’d really appreciate feedback from anyone willing to test it.
