Local Tuya - Device goes offline after HA Restart and appear as a new device

I recently replaced a Tuya Fan/ Light switch. It’s the same as the previous device. I got all the keys, deleted the previous device, and added the new device. The previous one had Firmware 3.3, and the new one has Firmware 3.4. After adding everything, everything looked perfect until I restarted HA.
After I restart HA, the previously deleted device comes back. It is still offline (as the device is not connected anymore), and the new device is also there, but it is also offline.
Strangely, when I try to configure → edit an existing device, it doesn’t list the newly added device. Also, when I try Configure → add a new device, it shows the already added device as available to add.
I tried deleting and adding a few times, but this keeps happening. Issue with LocalTuya devices DB?
TIA

Another place to ask is the Local tuya thread (are you using this version? or another possibly…) Local Tuya - Control Tuya devices locally (Fork from localtuya)
or their git-repo.

Thanks. I am not using that fork. I’ll try to get the current one working before I consider another integration, as it was working well up to now.
