Location stops updating after disable and re-enable of location permission

Yesterday I decided I didn’t want to be tracked in HA for a short period of time so I removed the Location permission from the HA Android app.
Some while later I re-enabled the Location permission but my location never updated within HA, even though the Location permission showed it was updating.

The fix for me was to sign out, sign in and update my NODERED automations to use the new name for my phone.

Is this a known problem on Android? I am running Android 15 on a Pixel 9 Pro.

if you turn off location or remove permissions then you need to re-enable location sensors everytime
