The group group.all_locks, seems backwards to me. If any lock in the group is locked, it shows as locked. I’d expect it to be the other way around. At least logically that would make the most sense to me.
I get it when you compare it to groups in general. If one light in a group of 10 is on the group is on, or if one motion sensor is on, then the group is on. So for the locks group I guess locked is “on”, so it shows as Locked (ie. ON).
Am I wrong, or being picky? Is there anyone out there who prefers it the way it is?
I did not even realize until recently since I’ve been moving to lovelace. I have a picture entity card and I used the group.all_locks as the entity. I was looking for the picutre to be “colored/on” when any lock is unlocked, but of course it does not do that. I ended up creating an binary sensor and pointing my lovelace card to that instead, but made me want to ask if people find this backwards or if its just me.
