I recently installed HA OS in truenas community edition. I have forgetten login passwords and cannot figure out how to reset own, HELP!!!!

If SSH is not set-up and running, then a keyboard and a monitor and connect directly to the HA host.
It probably covers that in the provided link, though.
Since you stated installing HAOS in the OP, I'm assuming it's running in a VM.
If you added a display device when you created your VM, you'll have a Display button. Otherwise, you can use the Serial Shell.
Using the Display button should take you right into the HAOS terminal. If you're using the Serial Shell, it will (should) open to a screen seen here, press enter on your keyboard.
If it asks for any login information, the user is root, and there is no password.
When you see the prompt beginning with # you should be able to follow the "I'm locked out!" instruction linked above.
