Log flooded with TTS errors (38.2)

Suddenly my logs are flooded with below error:

17-02-13 21:36:46 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.tts] Error on load tts: Wrong tts file format!

I only have Google TTS platform which has been working (and is working) fine. Even with 38.2

Below is in my config:

I have the same problem. The service works, but with this error:

Error on load tts: Wrong tts file format!
