Logbook issues after re-installation and restore from backup

I’ve done some work to my Pi-4b to switch my HAOS installation from SD card to NVMe SSD.

After the fresh install, I installed the Google drive backup plugin (GitHub - sabeechen/hassio-google-drive-backup: Automatically create and sync Home Assistant backups into Google Drive) and restored the latest backup that I had.

After the restore, everything appeared to be back to where it was, however, I’m having issues with automations not working anymore and the logbook is inaccessible.

I deleted the home-assistant.db and home-assistant.log and rebooted. After doing so, the logbook is still not accessible and now I have a home-assistant_v2.db file in my config folder.

I’m trying to figure out if I should just wipe my installation clean and set it up fresh or if there is a way to get my logbook working correctly after the restore?

I saw this post, but it didn’t really relate to my issue: Logbook won't load, what to check? - #2 by sheminasalam

restart HA and check the logs again. I guess you will find more

After restart…

After some time, some errors have appeared:
