I’m logged in on my iPhone and it works as expected.
So I still have access to the system.
At some point, my iPad was logged out, so I tried to log back in.
It said my user ID or password was invalid.
I tried to log in on the Mac app.
Same issue.
I updated my password so I could be sure it was correct.
That made no difference.
I double checked my user ID. It’s just my First and Last name, like “John Smith”.
Wasn’t sure if the space between the words caused an issue, so I created a new user without any spaces “JohnSmith1”. Still no luck.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!!
