Hi there community. Not sure where to post this
I am developing a new business around garden automation as a service. It’s clear that Home Assistant is the right platform and I have a prototype built but I need a real techie to develop this and grow the business.
No issues with location but I’m based in the UK and would prefer someone locally.
In terms of compensation this will likely be in the form of part ownership of the business.

Garden automation is a pretty specialised field for HA. Could you tell us more about your prototype? Lights and irrigation, presumably? What else? Mowers?
Chicken coops have been getting a lot of attention lately! 
Hi there Jack. It’s pretty simple but if successful will need to be productised and then wider tech built out for remote management.
As we are in startup mode I’m not tying down to any one way right now on the tech, just looking for an expert that wants to build a business.

Jono I would offer that without any more information you’re going to have trouble finding such an ‘expert’…
Just ask yourself is anyone who would do the work without the info someone who you trust to be in business with. I’ve done product development and support and such and I have no clue what you’re trying to build, therefore would ask the very same thing Jack did if I were interested and you prefer not to answer (I get it, IP.)
Maybe research firms who specialize in bringing a product to market? Technical friend? I’ve done businesses before and I can’t image starting one with someone I don’t know and trust implicitly.
