LoraWan Adapter (IMST GmbH iU891A-XL)

Greetings,
i’ve just received this adapter with means to read the Lora 868Mhz signal sent by my calorimeter shown here Brunata - Zenner Zelsius C5 - i am not sure how to start with Lora.
I tried installing the software provided by IMST but it requires password access for which i have already asked for, is there any other software i could use to listen to devices thru this adapter?

UPDATE: I have managed to setup the software for reading packets etc. the Brunata Zelsius seems to send only once every 24hrs on the Lora signal and every 3 minutes on the W-Mbus but how am i supposed to read that - how do i know what signal is the data i need (Zenner)
