New Update 3.1

Stay Charged, Stay Smart! Customize it your way and let’s automate your battery maintenance! :battery::zap:

:warning: Some work may be required but not breaking change. See new feature 3 below.

New Features :new:

  1. Excluded Battery Sensors: You can now exclude areas and devices.

  2. Battery Sensors – Custom Group: You can now use areas and devices in your custom group.

  3. New layout for all Easy Notify options: As Easy Notify evolved, it became cluttered and difficult to understand, especially for first-time users. To address this, we divided Easy Notify into four sections, making it clearer and improving the overall user experience. Full customization of each section is now also possible.

:warning: Note: If you were using the Easy Notify UI or dashboard notification options and changed any default blueprint input settings, you will need to update your selections in these two Easy Notify sections to receive the same notifications as before the update. Your existing settings can be found in the Easy Notify – Device section.

  4. UI Notifications:

    1. You can now use a Notification ID to keep your notifications organized. When a new notification with the same ID is sent, it replaces the old one, preventing duplicate clutter.
    2. The hard-coded emoji is now part of the title, making it easy to remove or edit to your liking.

Bugs :bug:

  1. Fixed a bug that previously allowed only one label in both Excluded Battery Sensors and Battery Sensors – Custom Group. Selecting two or more would cause the automation to fail.
