Lowst energy price between times

I want to create an automation where a boiler turns on in the morning between 4 and 8 a.m. I have a dynamic energy contract. I currently use NordPool to view the prices. How do I create an automation that checks for the lowest price between 4 and 8 a.m., so that the boiler is switched on at that time?
