Lumpy start

Hi folks,

I’ve installed Hass.io because I fell out of love with Domoticz and wanted to try something new.

I downloaded the PRi3 image, flashed it and got it running in minutes. “Awesome” thinks I.
I then got a pretty blank screen. There really is a blank canvas for me to start with which seems odd. Nothing tasty for a noob?
Add-ons and repositories are blank with no obvious way to add a “default” one. Eventually find some random post with a link to a/the repository - https://github.com/hassio-addons/repository
Should that have been installed by default?

I have loads of errors in the console (see below) which seems to cause some buttons to not work.

I enabled SSH (as per the very good tutorial videos) but then cannot connect because of a key exchange mismatch (below).

I find Domoticz has a dated feel and, while flexible, not user-friendly hence the move to this.

Am I just being really daft? Should it be easier to setup and get my first switch running? (5 minutes in Domoticz)

I’m a day (and a bottle of wine) down and no nearer to getting my lights on and off.

Cheers,
Crispin

Ok, so I re-flashed the card and started again. Totally different experience.

I now have the default plugins (There were none in the list before)
I now install the SSH server and can connect after setting a password. No more “Could not negotiate keys”

Errors are still in console though but seems they not breaking anything.

Something went really bad with my first install…
