I’m new to Home Assistant and tried as a first step to connect my LoxorLiving smart home to Home Assistant. First I tried the official KNX integration but I failed to get it working. It could find and connect to the KNX gateway just fine but never found any of the connected devices, switches, etc. Obvious for me, because it never asked for the admin user password, which is necessary to authenticate against the gateway and access the actual devices.

This worked out of the box, all devices show up and can be controlled. Only drawback, I couldn’t find a way to assign single switches and devices to a room. I could only assign a actuator to a room but a actuator usually holds 4 or more switches and not all of them manage devices in the same room. E.g. I have one actuator who manage the heating of my house, each of the sensor and switch controls the heating in a different room. So I don’t want to assign the actuator to a single room but need to assign the switches/sensors to different rooms.
Maybe I just don’t see it because I’m new to home assistant, therefore I decided to ask here: Is there a way to assign single switches/devices of one actuator to a room?
