MA player not showing in MA/Settings/HA media players/Generic settings

I have a player that shows as a device in the Music Assistant integration that is not showing in the dropdown MA ->Settings → HA media players → Generic settings. I am running HA 2025.4.4 and MA 2.5.2 on a Raspberry PI 3.

The entity does not have an “ha” suffix like the other player entities.

I can use it in scripts and it works as expected.

I have removed the MA server addon and the MA integration, rebooted HA readded both and it doesn’t correct the issue.

Oddly, a UPnP entry for the player appears on the Home page of MA that I have not intentionally added and if I run the above script it shows as playing on the UPnP player on the Home page.

I have deleted the device from the MA integration restarted MA and HA which doesn’t create a selectable player.
