MAC Channel Access Failures?

Hi.
Been using HA for about two years and it’s been superb (on a Pi4 & Conbee 2 stick, currently running core=2023.11.3, Supervisor=2023.11.6, OS=11.1, frontend= 20231030.2 ), however within the last few days I’m all of a sudden getting loads of errors on multiple devices and am unable to control my most of my network of mainly zigbee things.

Typical log report would read:
Logger: homeassistant.components.automation.fish_tank_light_on

Source: components/automation/init.py:676

Integration: Automation (documentation, issues)

First occurred: 08:17:11 (19 occurrences)

Last logged: 10:31:36

Error while executing automation automation.fish_tank_light_on: Failed to send request: Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.MAC_CHANNEL_ACCESS_FAILURE: 225>

Error while executing automation automation.fish_tank_light_on: Failed to send request: Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.NWK_ROUTE_DISCOVERY_FAILED: 208>

Error while executing automation automation.fish_tank_light_on: Failed to send request: device did not respond

Can someone please advise as it’s frustrating the hell out of me at the moment. I’ve tried moving the conbee 2 stick from a USB 3 port to USB 2 (as I’ve seen advised elsewhere), but doesn’t seem to have made any difference.

Awaiting your helpful advice…

sorry to hear this, even sorry to hear there are no replies! Same thing just started happening to me, been running for three or four months and then suddenly MAC_CHANNEL_ADDRESS_FAILURE when trying to control the zigbee devices. It seems to be only the lightbulbs though, got a couple of switches which still work.

I read elsewhere it was probably interference. I already had the dongle on a usb extension lead but it had shifted. I moved it away from the server again and all is good.
