Happy HA user here.
Just an odd error that I can’t fix.
I am using various cameras and it all works very well on all platforms apart for the Mac OS companion app, which for some reason does not show some of the camera rtsp feeds that are seen on the Web GUI as well as the iOS companion app.
Anyone seeing this and has a tweak or hint? Many thanks.

It seems like a definite HA question to me, as all our other HA apps show all cameras but just not on the Mac OS companion app. I have removed the Frigate reference as it is a little besides the point and is just outputting the camera feed and we see exactly the same behaviour if we get the camera rtsp feeds locally from HA via go2rtc. Do you mean that clicking the feeds gives an error / times out, or something else?

This is what it looks like in Mac OS Companion App:
Simply no picture at all. I assume some form of browser incompatibility.
On WebGUI in Mac OS Safari, the small symbol in top right sequence is:
loading, then MSE and then RTC with the live picture, which is what I want and that has great fps of the stream. Same on IOS Companion app and there the streams are almost instant.
In Firefox it shows “MSE” in the top corner and live picture is not as many fps as RTC.
On Mac OS Companion app it just says loading and then “HLS” in top corner and the not-loading blue symbol.
No problems on iOS Companion or web app on Mac and Ubuntu.
The camera streams come from go2rtc on HA, via HA/Homekit and I suspect some form of security glitch there with Mac OS/HK not allowing the feed there but that is just a guess.
