Maddening HA Voice PE reinstall - tried everything

This is a common issue - but I have tried everything. I am restarting my existing Home Assistant install from scratch on Pi5. All going well except Voice PE. I have tried all factory resets, BT install, PC install - it will install, join wifi but the minite I add ESP… I get challenged for Encryption code - none exists where I am asked to look. I’ve looked at tons of threads but cant figure this out.

Any help/guidance much appreciated!

Sorry - I solved this - needed to reload the Voice PE via bootloader mode. Somehow that worked.

you likely were never able to factory reset device so it held old encryption key. a clean reload via bootloader solved it.
