Magic Home Help

Hi guys,
Firstly Im not a whiz at this stuff. I have basic integrations working with sensors and bulbs and this is the first problem Ive ever had. Im a bit lost on how to proceed, so any help appreciated.

I wanted to install some led spots, and opted for some GEYUEYA deck lights. I read good reviews, and lots of chatter about how easy GEYUEYA is to integrate with HA, via the Magic Light integration.

These were the lights I bought - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09C5L8X8S?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5&th=1

I set the lights up, tested the bulbs using the remote, and then connected them to wifi. I just cant get HA to recognise them.

If I go to INTEGRATIONS > Magic Home I see the error in the screenshot ;

Im not 100% sure how this should work, but I guess what this means is it found the controller, but 0 entities means no bulbs found, and the error indicates it cant talk to the controller properly?

things Ive tried to resolve;

The controller was on the end of a long power extensoon, so ive removed the extension and plugged straight into the wall power socket.

Ive tried resetting and reconecting to wifi.

Ive tried hitting the 3 dots and RELOAD, which gives an 'initialising’message, and then an ‘integration loaded’ message, and after around 5 seconds returns to the state in the screenshot.

Can anyone advise on what might be the next best way to try to resolve it?

Hi David, have you checked Magic Home - Home Assistant and Search results for 'magic home' - Home Assistant Community ?

Hi Nick,
I have tried searching, and I do get lots of results when searching for ‘magic home’, but nothing at all relating to 'unknown model, or ‘failed setup’ message.
