When entities are disabled, and especially when they’re disabled by default when adding an integration, finding and enabling them is very confusing. For example, the Met.no integration disables the hourly forecast by default. The Integration card for Met.no clearly shows “2 Entities”, but clicking on that link only shows a single entity because disabled entities are filtered by default. it would be more user friendly if all entities provided by the integration, disabled & enabled, were shown, both to be consistent with the label on the Integration card and to make it easier to enable disabled entities.
Another option is to have Integrations always create a device, which has a better UI for showing enabled/disabled entities, but it may be undesirable for integrations that aren’t really devices (i.e., services, like Met.no).
The simplest and most straightforward option is to show all entities, disabled and enabled, when clicking on the “2 entities” link in the Integration card:
