Make Energy CO2 Signal Fully Configurable

The default CO2 data provided to the Energy Dashboard only provides a UK wide signal, but more granular data is available by other integrations e.g. Carbon Intensity UK.

The CO2 data used for the Energy Dashboard should therefore allow users to select the entity they wish to use for the Energy Dashboard, allowing us to use more geographically granular data where available (the existing CO2 Signal can be used by manually adding the integration and then selecting this entity in the Energy Dashboard)

Yes, I’d like this too please! I’ve created my own NodeRED flow to get my regional CO2 intensity from carbonintensity.org.uk and it would be great to be able to use this value - or even better, for someone (possibly even me) to create a custom integration that gets this value for any selected UK region, and use that.
