But could i control it with Home Assistant, or should i use a Smart power socket ?
I would believe you cannot control it from Home Assistant.
If you add a smart plug and a temperature sensor to the room then you can create a generic thermostat which can be controlled from HA.
The only issue is probably what happens when the heater gets no power, does it resume with the same settings after?
You probably need to set the internal controls to max or close to max to get the full range potential in HA.
