Make Subject Field in SMTP optional

I use SMTP to send SMS messages via my cellular-provided messaging email… when a subject is not entered it automatically includes Home Assistant… when this is read by Siri in my car on my way home (my use of smtp)… it sounds silly…
It would be nice if the subject line was optional so it can be turned off completely, it seems it pulls the subject line from the default “notify” component as a fallback…
I have edited smtp for my purposes, but it would be nice if it just let you turn it off completely with a Boolean or something…

Did you ever figure out how to avoid this?

I just continued using my copy of smtp with that field removed, but now since my phone provider switched from Sprint to T-Mobile it now adds “/no subject/“ to the message regardless… haven’t messed with it lately but had plans to make the subject be a couple words that would coincide with the remainder of the message.
