Making 230 V and 12V lights smart

I would like to make the lights in the bathroom smart and would like to ask for input on hardware. I’ve read a lot about Shelly, Eltako etc but I’m lost on what I need where …

Current situation: a dumb double light switch (in an inconvenient location) is used. The one switches two standard 230 V light bulbs, the other one connects to a 230 V-12 V converter, which powers six GU 5.3 halogen spots. There’s not too much space behind the light switch, but plenty of space around the halogen spots, which are far away from the 230 V light bulbs.

I guess the 230 V bulbs could be exchanged to smart bulbs and then switched with a remote control (IKEA Tradfri/Styrbar)? For the spots, I guess I would need some kind of a smart relay?
Ideally, I would still be able to switch the lamps on and off with the dumb switch (which is not possible with the Tradfri/Styrbar combination), and additionally with a remote mounted at a better location. In terms of connection, I’m open to basically anything (already have some Zigbee and Matter/Thread devices).
Any recommendations?
