Hello, I’m new here and have just started learning how to work with HA.
I have an old laptop, installed HA OS, and can access HA via both browser and app. I also have a Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). Until now, I’ve always controlled my smart devices with voice commands. Since many of these devices rely on different hubs, I’m trying to consolidate everything into one HA box, while still being able to control it using Google Assistant.
I set up Tailscale for remote access, enabled HTTPS, and can now reach my local HA via the provided Tailscale domain (with HTTPS).
I followed the instructions on this page: Google Assistant - Home Assistant - but at step 5, I can’t find any “[test] action”.
Does anyone know of a good YouTube tutorial or guide with screenshots? It’s possible I misunderstood a step somewhere earlier.
E.g. at step 1.10 I provided domain URL without a port, because I can access it without providing it. I also tried to add it in configuration but no luck either.
