I have a device configured via MQTT discovery which has a bunch of sensors I don’t need to see, know of, or ever use. I am aware that I can click each one of them and deselect “enabled”, but is it possible to bulk-disable them all at once via some sort of script or whatnot?
I think the Spook integration provides a command to do this.
There should be an icon in the top bar to open up multi select.
Last I looked I thi k it was the second from the left.
While not a HASS solution, I could not get spook to do this because it works by ID and i found it too much trouble to finding out how to get that list, build an automation etc. etc.
I have an android phone and after disabling 30 of the devices I remenmbered there is an android app that simulates screen touches.
So by using that app on my phone i was able to disable 328 devices within 12 minutes… this was faster than installing Spook.
I used Autoclicker, and the button-presses were set to 400 ms, 500 might be better if you have an old phone or laggy connection
Auto Clicker - Autoclicker - Apps op Google Play
Setup wise select the multi click and setup the sequence, you’ll need 5 clicks
