Matter-based Dimmer Plugs don't exist

The only Zigbee dimmer plug I am aware of is this: Decora Smart Plug-in Dimmer, Zigbee Certified, White, DG3HL-1BW – Leviton

I can’t seem to find any Matter dimmer plug at all.

Is the market too young for this to exist, or is there some other, more fundamental reason, this product does not exist?

The closest thing I can find is this plug from Eve, but it’s only on/off, not dimmable: Eve Energy | evehome.com

One reason would be that people might easily be tempted to pull out a lamp and plug in a vacuum cleaner or something like that, leading to all sorts of trouble. Smart lights seem a better choice for such a scenario
