I’ve moved into a new apartment building and it has an MC6 controller. The building manager provided a welcome booklet that said to download the MyHouse app from Google Play Store which I did. I connect the unit to my home wifi and then try to use the phone app to add the device and it constantly errors.
As soon as I click add device, and then use the QR to scan, it reports error and I can’t do anything else.
I contacted the MyHouse support and got email support from a woman in China who helped me to check everything was OK but ultimately came back and said the app only works properly on Apple. The app is crap but I just want to be able to turn on the AirCon or heater remotely. Can anyone help with whether there is a different app, or has anyone been able to make it work with Android?
