Just checking if anyone has found a work around for media_player.xxx = playing when it’s not playing anymore. Google nest hub displays.
The state never changes to idle.
I’m thinking about putting a photo sensor pointed at a spot on the display and if that spot is not changing then I can know the display has stopped playing anymore and then restart it.
