Meross IoT Login fails with "Aborted" message

The Meross integration is showing a warning: Failed to set up: Invalid token or credentials," but whenever I attempt to update the login info (which is blank currently), I get a popup window that just says “Aborted.” The Meross app on my phone works fine, and the login credentials work there. I tried reinstalling the integration, but that didn’t help. I also can’t seem to find any entries in the logs relating to any Meross problems, or why the attempt was “aborted.”

What I haven’t tried yet is completely deleting the integration and reinstalling it fresh. I’m relatively new, so I don’t know how to make sure the entities stay in place if I uninstall/reinstall. Or how uninstalling with affect the flows I’ve built with those entities in Node Red. I’m not sure this is even the right category to post this in!

Any help appreciated!

I have a similar issue. Suddenly my Meross integration stopped working (couldn’t turn my power switch on or off anymore) → "[meross_iot.manager] Timeout occurred while waiting a response".
I installed the Meross app on my phone, and tried to add the power switch. I had to do a full reset of the power switch.
But the power switch failed to connect to my network. So I guess there is something wrong with the Meross cloud server.

After several tries to add the power switch to the Meross app, the power switch status led suddenly stopped blinking. Result: still no device visible in the app, but it is working now in home assistant.

After a reboot of my home assistant, I have exactly the same issue :frowning:
Instellen mislukt: Invalid token or credentials

In the end the answer for me was to remove the integration, then delete Meross completely from HACS. Reboot HA, and reinstall in HACS. Everything back to normal after that.
