Message malformed: must contain at least one of below, above. when trying to setup an IKEA BILRESA remote

I’m trying to set up an IKEA BILRESA switch to turn on and off the switch that controls my living room lights. Here is a screenshot of what I am trying to do:

When I hit Save, the message “Message malformed: must contain at least one of below, above.” pops up
