Does anyone know if there’s a 2nd RIN required for SCE TOU-D 4-9?

Now and then, such as this weekend, it stops receiving data. Seems to self-recover after a couple of days.

I’m using Clean Power SF for generation and PGE for delivery. As of today (Sep 1), my PGE rate plan seems to be unavailable but clean power SF is fine. Is anyone else seeing this?
