I’m currently running hass.io on a RPI3b. I am planning on migrating this to a docker on an Intel Nuc. That part is done and settled, but I cannot seem to land on a desciscion in terms of the architecture. I’m currently considering a few options:
- Install ubuntu or ubuntu core, and install hassio, along with a number of other containers directly on the host OS
- Install proxmox, add ubuntu as a VM and do 1. there
I might have need for some virtualization in the future, but as it is i don’t have that need.
